This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Nexodys tools. Because our tools are still in development, no paid plans are currently sold. This policy sets out the terms that will apply once paid tools are available.
1. Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions or per-use purchases of Nexodys web-based tools, once such tools are offered for sale. Nexodys provides digital online services only.
2. Subscription refunds
If you are charged for a subscription and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the charge by emailing us. Where the tool has not been used substantially during that period, we will refund the most recent payment.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically. Charges for a new billing period can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of that renewal and the new period has not been substantially used.
4. When refunds may not apply
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse of the refund process, or where required usage limits have been substantially consumed. We will always explain our reasoning.
5. How to request a refund
Email us with the account email used for the purchase and the approximate date of the charge. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
